These terms apply to your use of this website and the digital products sold by The Calm Parenting Toolkit ("we", "us").
Who you're buying from
Orders are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad handles payment, receipts and sales tax, and its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you receive
Each edition is a one-time purchase of downloadable PDF files, described on the sales page. There is no subscription. We don't promise future updates; if we offer one, we'll tell you how to get it.
Your license
- You may download, read and print the files for personal and household use.
- You may not resell, share publicly, upload, or distribute the files, or present them as your own.
- Professionals who want to use the materials with clients should contact us first.
Educational information only
The toolkit is general parenting education. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Strategies that help many families may not suit every child. If you are worried about your child's health, development, behavior or safety, contact a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
No guaranteed results
We describe the toolkit honestly, but we can't guarantee any particular change in your child's behavior or your family life.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to purchases made while it is published.
