Refund Policy

Because the toolkit is a set of digital files you can download straight away, all sales are final. Please look through the sample pages and the contents of each edition before you buy, and email us if you have any questions first.

When we do give a refund

• Accidental duplicate purchase. If you bought the same edition twice, we'll refund the extra order.
• Files that don't work. If your files won't download or open, we'll send you a fresh copy. If that doesn't fix it, we'll refund you.
• Wrong edition. If you bought a different edition than you meant to, we'll help you switch or upgrade. If that doesn't work for you, we'll refund you.

To ask for help, email hello@thecalmparentingtoolkit.store within 14 days of purchase, with the email address you used at checkout and your order number.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

Upgrades

If you'd like a higher edition, email us and we'll help you upgrade.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
