This policy explains what information The Calm Parenting Toolkit ("we", "us") handles when you visit this website or buy from us.

This website

This site has no accounts, contact forms or analytics. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are fetched.

Purchases

Checkout is provided by Gumroad, the merchant of record. Gumroad collects the details needed to process your order, such as your name, email, billing country and payment information. We never see your full card details. Gumroad shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver the product and help with support. Gumroad's own privacy policy explains how it handles your data.

Free guide and emails

If you request our free guide, you enter your email address at Gumroad's checkout, and Gumroad shares it with us. We use it to send you the guide and occasional calm-parenting tips and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email us to ask us to delete your address.

How we use your information

• To deliver your purchase and answer support requests.
• To handle refunds and keep records required by law.
• We only send marketing emails if you opt in, for example by requesting the free guide, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and anything you write in the worksheets stays on your own device or on paper, so we never receive information about your child.
